How we test these tools

How long do you use each tool before reviewing?

Minimum two weeks of daily use, longer for anything tracking a cycle (acne flares, hormonal patterns, microbiome shifts). Single-session tools get tested across at least 10 sessions.

Do you accept payment from these companies?

No. We've never accepted money to write a review. We buy most tools ourselves. Where we got a sample, the review says so up top.

Why are some categories smaller than others?

We only publish a review once we've tested. Smaller categories are still in the queue — the AI scanner space alone has 20 tools we haven't gotten through yet.

What if a tool you reviewed has changed?

Email us at [email protected]. We update reviews when a major version ships or a feature we praised gets pulled.
