Elelaf Ingredients Desk

The Ingredients Desk reads the literature on every active before we recommend it. Retinoids, vitamin C, niacinamide, peptides, acids, ceramides, the newer biotech entries (PDRN, GHK-Cu, exosomes, snail mucin, fermented lysates). The job is to separate marketing concentration claims from delivery-and-bioavailability reality — a 10% serum oxidised in a clear bottle outperforms nothing, regardless of what the label says. We cite primary research (PubMed IDs inline), distinguish manufacturer-funded trials from independent ones, and refuse to round up evidence quality. When the data is preliminary, we say preliminary. When two ingredients shouldn't share a routine, we explain the chemistry. The desk reviews ingredient claims weekly against new literature.
