Elelaf Routines Desk

The Routines Desk owns the sequencing question: what actually goes on the face, in what order, at what frequency, for whom. Most beginner skincare advice fails because it stacks actives faster than skin can adapt. Our work is the opposite — slow introduction, single-variable changes, and routines that survive a year rather than collapse in two weeks. We write by life stage, by age, by skin type, by season, and by what people can realistically maintain. Each routine ends with the same question: what do you cut if you have to cut something? The desk also runs the tool-page protocols (build-from-scratch, skin cycling, layering order) — interactive answers to questions that don't have one-size answers.
